Zion Life Ministries’ primary call is to help people find their
destiny in God. We have a basic foundational approach. We
believe man was created for two purposes:
- He was created for God’s pleasure (Rev. 4:11), to return
the love which was given by his (man’s) own free will. The
most common way known to the church is through praise & worship. There
are many other ways in which the Father can be pleased that are unique
to the individual. We encourage those expressions as we all
grow together in the knowledge of our Lord & Savior, Jesus Christ.
- Man
was created to be conformed to the image of Christ (Ro. 8:29; 12:2). We believe that life in Jesus Christ
is a journey of continuous discovery. Having entered the world,
God clothed in flesh, He was and is the ultimate answer to what life
is about. There is a road that leads to eternal life. This
is the road on which destiny travels. Any doctrinal differences
become minor issues on this journey. Christians don’t need
EXCESS baggage, just tools for the task. We believe that all
of mankind had a predetermined purpose in the mind of God, realizing
every individual is gifted differently. Let me inject this thought,
we do NOT believe that whatever course man takes, it was necessarily
his ultimate purpose. Life is a series of choices, and we are
responsible for the choices we make. However, when a Christian
is constantly motivated by a sense of purpose, he or she will have
a more fulfilled life. Thus choices can be made with more clarity. The
modern church today suffers greatly because she has either lost sight
or has not properly been taught about her destiny. It is in the
heart of Zion Life Ministries, to help declare such truth. Everything
we communicate comes from this foundation.
